”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems. Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Wi-Fi was poor and...

”Ainoa hienoinen miinus: Toivoisin että henkilökunta kiinnittäisi enemmän huomiota tervehtimiseen aamuin illoin. Henkilökunnan keskenäinen keskustelu , tietokoneeseen tuijottaminen tai oman puhelin näprääminen ei saa olla tärkeämpää kuin asiakkaiden huomioiminen! Ja jos on kiire , niin edes silmäkontakti että tiedetään tulleen nähdyksi. Mutta kiva kun on kansainvälistä porukkaa! :)”

”Super ihana pieni hotelli Tel Avivin parhaalla paikalla. 10 min rannalle, 2 min kauppakeskukseen. Vaikka hotelli on vilkkaan kadun varrella äänet eivät kuuluneet huoneeseen. Hotellin aulassa tarjoiltiin juomia asiakkaille.”

”Plenty of shops near by. Have had the privilege of staying during the Iran bombings the staff were so great and created atmosphere of relaxation. Showed where the safe room was. Rooftop patio was super chill. When each day dragged past my original check out day expanding another day was Zero problems”

”just disgusting and totally disappointed attached how "clean" the "deluxe" double room is. make your own opinion! - no hairdryer as described in the details available to the stuff: may you educate/train your house keeping. its an absolute NO GO entering the room without knocking on the door. i would complain all the things at the check out, but you have not asked how my stay was(may you train yourself as well in getting basics for the hotel environment). the worse stay i ever had....

”Kodikas ja laadukas hotelli, jossa harvinaisen ystävällinen palvelu. Israelissa asiakaspalvelun taso ei ole aina kovin kummoinen, mutta tämä hotelli oli positiivinen poikkeus. Aamiaisella oli panostettu määrän sijasta laatuun ja hotellissa sai juoda kahvia ja teetä ilmaiseksi pitkin päivää. Myös mahdollisuus lainata polkupyöriä oli mukava lisä. ”
