”We arrived at the hotel after mid-night with prepaid rooms. The lady claimed that none of our 4 credit cards work. Finally she managed to put them through "another program" - even then she claimed that problem is with our cards which we'd used and continued to use during the trip without problems. Next day found bed bug or some other animal in the bath room - see pictures. During the second day the TV did not work for couple of hours despite maintenance guy came to see it. Henkilökunnan keskenäinen keskustelu , tietokoneeseen tuijottaminen tai oman puhelin näprääminen ei saa olla tärkeämpää kuin asiakkaiden huomioiminen! Ja jos on kiire , niin edes silmäkontakti että tiedetään tulleen nähdyksi. Mutta kiva kun on kansainvälistä porukkaa! :)”

”My stay was wonderful — and what made it so is first of all the staff. Couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful — first person I met was Or at the front desk, kindness and desire to help was the best! He took time to ask me about my Israel trip and chat. Jeremy, Bushra and Alice were also very kind. The location is excellent near the beach, near the supermarket on Ben Yehuda and coffee shops on Dizengof. The rate per night was great and the hotel decor is lovely. Highly recommend! ”

”The room was clean and bright and more spacious than previous hotels on our trip, we requested an extra blanket and a lovely duvet was delivered .We had specific food requests - vegan and gluten free and the kitchen obliged with excellent meals specially prepared and all of the staff were polite , helpful and eager to please - nothing was a problem.I will stay here again”

”This hotel has a fantastic location, just a 3/4 minute walk to the beautiful Jerusalem Beach in Tel Aviv. It’s very close to all the cafes and restaurants, and perfectly central. The hotel also has its own restaurant. I was welcomed by a very friendly reception and received great help carrying my luggage.
