”La habitación que recibí fue grande, limpia y funcional. Me encantó la pequeña máquina que preparaba café. El personal fue amable y servicial en todo momento. El desayuno fue justo y apropiado para comenzar el día. Lo único que no me gustó fue la ubicación del hotel (demasiado lejos de Reno). Pero, elegí el hotel consciente de su ubicación. Muchas gracias por lo recibido en mi estadía. 👍👍”

”Clean, safe, and quiet - no attached casino, Breakfast is great, rooms are clean and comfy...also roomy, room to spread out rather than tripping over bags etc.”

”This is an older hotel. Check in was 3 pm. We got there a little after 3pm. No one at front desk. Waited over 5 minutes and then housekeeping went to find someone for us. Rooms fairly clean but worn looking. Mattresses were very soft (old?). Dust build-up on air conditioning unit. Breakfast was part of the deal. Went down for breakfast a little after 7am. No scramble eggs in pan. Orange juice and cranberry juice dispenser empty. Found person responsible for taking care of breakfast visiting...

”Not my first time staying here, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this place. The room was dirty, dirt coated the floor, stains on the floorboards, holes in the wall, black marks on the wall, the curtains looked like they were burned and like someone wiped grease off their hands on them, and lastly the door was gaped from the doorframe making it look like it wasn’t closed completely. The parking lot is also pretty small and the asphalt is broken up all over.”
