PC is an iconic brand, which is why I chose it for my short 2-night stay in Lahore while traveling from Chicago. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. While the hotel security and general ambiance were acceptable, that is where the positives end.
The check-in process was chaotic and disorganized, with no clear line or direction. Staff appeared overwhelmed and disengaged. The room itself was unacceptable and frankly disgusting for a property charging over $100 per night. There were visible stains on the pillows, couch, and bedding, and parts of the room were visibly falling apart due to poor construction and maintenance.
I requested a room change immediately, but was told the hotel was fully booked, leaving me stuck in a room that did not meet even basic cleanliness standards. This is not what anyone expects from a premium brand, especially after a long international journey.
Overall, this stay fell far below expectations and standards. I would strongly advise travelers to stay away from this property until serious improvements are made in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.
