”Room was cleaned as good as it could, but stinking moldy and moist, even bed sheets. In the morning, the pool was suppose to open at eight, we kept asking when they'll open it and they told 10 mins, 15 mins, soon... They opened it just when we had to give rooms away. Very unhappy kids and disappointed parents.”

”There was a storm in the area when we arrived which had caused some issues during check-in. We had booked the room for 5 days, however, I had to move to another room because of the computer glitch. However, the day manager did contact me about the problem since our room had apparently been double booked. He helped me out with the price and also looked in depth for my wife's heated coffee cup that she had left in the lobby. He dug through the trash to find it but to no avail. He was way beyond...

”I enjoyed my stay. The clerk very persinablr and helpful. He gave us nice and clean rooms on the quiet side. The breakfast was okay, but filling. I would stay there again.”

”We stayed 6/12-6/15 for my husband’s birthday and it was truly an amazing stay. Our unit was pristine. The property is well maintained and our lake view was beautiful. We’re definitely going back to stay before the summer ends. We recommend staying at the Boardwalk @ Lake Anna if you’re thinking about visiting!”

”Overall quite a good experience and would definitely go back. Weather was unfortunately not cooperating as it was torrential downpours the first day of a two day visit, and the next was scorching hot. Was hoping for a more memorable exp for my two year old birthday weekend, but that's no fault if the place, just the circumstances. Cell reception is ehh, and wifi kept going in and out, which didn't bother us too much except for the times we were stuck inside. Otherwise lots of things to do in the...

”For check in they send you an email with the code to the entrance door and your room. Be on the look out for that. Parking is tricky. There is a public parking lot behind the the property that allows three hour parking during the weekday, unlimited during the weekend. Rooms are chic, well maintained, clean. Lots of shopping and fantastic restaurants in walking distance.”

”Had high expectations for this stay, first the good, staff, and I mean the single concierge on property was very kind, helpful and super courteous. Very nice young man.The main building has a nice early century feel dating back 300 years of history. Our complaint is with the room itself, it’s not well appointed, the bed sheets and pillows are OK but the bed is worn out and stiff ( you can feel the springs).
