”Great kitchen. Great eating area. Great sitting area. Really nice views through the upstairs windows. Very friendly host with a friendly dog and cat. Olive trees all over. Clean swimming pool. Really convenient parking. 8 minutes to beautiful town of Castelfiorentino with train station and huge grocery store. We used it as a base for wine tastings and cooking classes and a day trip to Florence.. We spent 5 nights there and it wasn't enough.”

”A perfect villa for a large family. The air conditioning in the upstairs and first floor sleeping areas worked very well. There is no AC in the basement sleeping area or the common areas, but they remained relatively cool. The outdoor area has a great pool, patio, and olive grove/garden. The location is very secure and within easy driving of pretty much anywhere you may want to visit in Tuscany. Do yourself a favor and avoid booking through VRBO. They will charge you hundreds of dollars in fees...
