”We loved staying at My Place Hotel in Bentonville! The room was very clean and comfortable. The lady from the reception was kind and helped us save some money by recommending the breakfast combo.”

”Despite what Expedia says, I can confirm there is not pool and no free breakfast here. It seems like they've changed some things and I was told they filled in the pool a couple years ago. When you check in, it looks like there's an area where free breakfast would be available, but it's set up as a cafe with menu items and prices and such. My kids were heartbroken after they boldly walked behind the counter to start getting their breakfast stuff, and I did a double-take and told them to get...

”The rooms REALLY feel like an apartment. Very home-like. I really enjoyed that.”

”The property is a disaster. Very old and poorly ran. We would have preferred to stay in tents than that motel.”

”Excellent experience! Loved all the extra amenities in our room and in the lobby. The outdoor tiki bar area was amazing! We had drinks at the bar and they were great! Walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops. Will definitely be back!”

”Hard to find, we drove around it twice. While we were given an occupied room, gave us another with 2 beds (at no additional cost-thanks🙄) a suit like he offered should have been nice for the inconvenience. Clean and friendly service.”

”The only milk was oat or soy milk, therefore I didn’t eat cereal. The eggs I think were powdered, not much flavor. My son had waffles and they seemed to be okay as well as the sausage. ”

”Needs updating badly. Walls are thin and tuff to sleep first night for a gamer who had sound up high. Manager corrected it. Still a musty smell with cigarette smell. Price was good just Wish it was more updated”

”My mistake, I didn’t realize there was no running water in the cute little room. A short walk to the showers and restrooms is not in my will power at 60+ years old. I called the owner and was seeking help. He laughed at me. He was very rude and didn’t have a solution. Not impressed with his lack of sympathy. He could have at least pretended to care about the situation. I was shocked at his response.”

”Hotel was nice and good emmenities except ice machine was not working. Reservation was messed up and they charged me for a night I had already paid for through Expedia. Made me change rooms after the first night because of it ”

”Had a pre-paid room. At check-in was told the hotel was overbooked and that there should be other hotels in the area that may have a room. They did not try to assist in finding another accommodation, nor did they offer anything to try to make it right (maybe some points?). In summary, they did us wrong and did not care in the least. ”

”They have breakfast items for people with allergies. Friendly staff. Some construction materials in parking lot as they are updating.”
