We designed our home away from home to make your mountain stay a breeze.
Enjoy our newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen while making home-cooked meals for your family and friends. Get cozy on our leather couch, while you watch a movie and play board games by the fire. Take a walk around the neighborhood offering beautiful lake views each step of the way and lake trail access. Mix up a crafty cocktail at the bar while looking out the open windows at the towering pine trees and twinkling market lights. There are plenty of throw blankets, pillows and comfortable rooms to make you and your guests feel right at home. Enjoy your cup of morning coffee on the front porch in peace, cook a delicious meal on the propane BBQ outside and roast s'mores at the outdoor fire pit under the stars.
KITCHEN offers stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, gas stove, drip coffee, french press, blender, knife set, tea kettle, cooking & baking basics, spices, dishware & flatware for both kids and adults, breakfast table and counter bar stool seating.
LIVING SPACE invites you with a cozy modern interior and includes a gas fireplace, Roku TV so you can log into your favorite apps, cocktail bar cart, board games & playing cards, and plenty of seating between the cozy couch and accent chairs.
MAIN FLOOR you will also find one (1) primary bedroom and one (1) full bath.
UPSTAIRS you will find three (3) bedrooms including a family bunk room and one (1) full bathroom.
All main bedrooms are equipped with USB charging ports, portable fans, suitcase stands and ample closet space.
OUTSIDE space features a propane barbecue, dining picnic table, plenty of seating and entertaining area with a propane fire pit under market lights in the quiet of the pine tree covered mountains.
PARKING and EV Charging port is available in the driveway and directly in front of home - 2 vehicles. Our home is located off a plowed/maintained road.
AC/HEAT - Newly remodeled means brand new windows and HVAC system to keep you cool in the summer months and warm in the cold snowy winters!
CHILDREN/FAMILY - For families traveling with little one(s), we want your stay to be as easy as possible - believe me, we get it! For your convenience we've included a baby gate, travel pack 'n play crib, travel high chair, sound machine, washable bib, stepping stool, and children dinnerware & utensils. As with most vintage homes, the stairs are steep. Please use the baby gate in the downstairs linen closet to keep little ones safe from the indoor staircase, and watch them closely in the outdoor space.
ALA LAKE ACCESS & TRAILS -
Let us know ahead of time if you and your guests want to purchase wristbands to access the ALA lake trails. We will need to pre-register you and your guests (18 years+) with the Short Term Rental (STR) office prior to your stay. Upon arrival, you can purchase your wristbands at the STR office - the pricing options are 1-day $10, 3-day $30 or 7-day $70. NOTE: the wristbands do not give access to private docks or the private beach clubs.
