• Self check-in via smart lock — check-in after 4 PM, checkout by 11 AM
• Guests have full access to the home exclusively for your group.
• Unlike many mountain homes, we offer full Central Heat and Air Conditioning for year-round comfort.
• We're regular visitors to the Lake Arrowhead area, and are happy to provide recommendations for all of our favorite activities and dining opportunities.

RENTAL AGREEMENT📋
After booking, you'll be asked to complete some basic information and sign a rental agreement - we keep it as easy as possible, so please complete within 24 hours.

HOUSE RULES 🚫
• No 3rd-Party Bookings: Booking person must be present the entire stay.
• 10pm Quiet Time: City Noise Ordinance, lowered voices
• No Smoking indoors or out
• No Pets

CAMERAS & NOISE MONITOR 🛡️
Your privacy and safety are important to us. The property features exterior security cameras with views of the front driveway and parking, main entrance and lower entrance. There is a noise monitor located on the upper deck that reports loud noises only. Absolutely no recording of audio or conversations is enabled, and no cameras have views of the interior spaces or decks. Please do not tamper with or block the security cameras.
