Welcome to The Fairway Hideaway, your cozy mountain escape nestled among the towering pines of Lake Arrowhead. Perfect for families and groups, this bright, spacious home blends modern comfort with rustic charm—offering the ultimate year-round retreat just minutes from Lake Arrowhead Village, hiking trails, and the lake itself.

Step outside to enjoy a private, tree-lined backyard designed for gathering. Fire up the grill at the outdoor kitchen island, then dine al fresco at two large tables that comfortably seat up to 12. As the sun sets, enjoy cool mountain breezes and starry skies.

Inside, a warm, wood-accented living room invites you to unwind by the fireplace. The full kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, makes it easy to cook for the crew, while the dining room seats 6 for intimate meals. When it’s time for fun, head to the game room—complete with ping pong, foosball, air hockey, shuffleboard, a card table, a bar, and a TV for game nights or movie marathons.

With five comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space for everyone to relax. Whether you're exploring the scenic trails, hitting the lake, or enjoying winter snowfall, The Fairway Hideaway offers the perfect basecamp for your Lake Arrowhead adventure.

If you love spending time in nature, staying active, and celebrating wildlife, a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains is a must. Located along the Tennessee/North Carolina border and home to the country's most visited national park, the Smokies provide over 800 miles of hiking trails, rivers, and a good chance at a black bear sighting. The ancient mountains invite you to connect with one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world and walk among century-old trees. Talk about a step back in time!

Local Attractions: Great Smoky Mountains National Park, The Island in Pigeon Forge, Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, Dollywood, Cades Cove, The Comedy Barn Theater, Legacy Mountain Ziplines, Rocky Top Wine Trail, Sugarlands Distilling Company, The Local Goat.

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- A Pack-and-Play and High chair are available upon request.
- There is a car deck on the street level that can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Parking Details:
- There are three parking spots available in the driveway; no garage is included.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
