”I loved the charm of the property, its location, the staff were so helpful and nice, in the rooms have been updated nicely, also. I did not find the bed or pillows, particularly comfortable, and that could just be me. I have read other reviews where others find the beds very comfortable. For me, it was just OK. That is the only reason why my overall review the property is four stars instead of five. Have they had really comfortable beds, it absolutely would’ve been five stars.”

”For a hotel charging nearly $500 a night, the service and cleanliness were very disappointing. There was trash in the hallways, and maid service was only provided every other day. The hallways did not appear to be vacuumed or cleaned regularly. It was also a cold weekend, and we asked for an extra blanket for my grandson but never received one. ”When I made a reservation several days ahead, I requested a ground floor room because of bad knees. They put me in a second floor room. No other option available. The room does not have a refrigerator or microwave consequently the ice machine was routinely empty.”

”We was in Cabin #3. It was very well set up. It had 2 rooms plus the bathroom. Plenty of room and very comfortable. Plus it's only 15 minutes from Glacier Park which was great for us. I give cabin 3 a 👍”

”The room was nicely updated and very clean! It's located in a really good spot with plenty to do. The staff was very helpful and even gave out some tips on were to go and eat and enjoy some entertainment. I will definitely be coming back here to stay.”
