Enjoy the afternoons with a soak in the hot tub, siesta on the deck, and finish the night with a wood fired pizza or BBQ accompanied by board games, a game of pool or roulette in downstairs rumpus room. Or watch a movie or sports on one of the smart TV's. Holidays don't come much better than this. Magnificent home with spacious rooms, cupboard space, aircon and several outdoor decks. Sorry no pets.

THE SPACE
Stunning breathtaking home over two levels. Upstairs features the open plan kitchen and lounge area, walk-in pantry, large gas stove. Down the hallway is the spacious master bedroom with king bed, ocean views, ensuite and walk-in robe. Second bedroom with queen bed and single and ensuite. Downstairs features bedroom 3 and 4 with queen + king single and queen bed, main bathroom wth free standing bath, shower and vanity, picture yourself in a tropical style retreat, so relaxing.

ENTERTAINERS DELIGHT
At the other side of the downstairs area is the large rumpus / entertaining space with smart TV, pool table, bar area with extra fridge, 4th bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer. The entertainment space smartly balances indoor and outdoor spaces, with outdoor dining area, pizza oven, bbq area and outdoor hot tub. Kayaks and SUP board are available for your use at your own risk

PARKING
Double driveway parking and free street parking. space for boat. Sorry garage is not accessible to guests, it is in use for owner storage.

NO PETS
Sorry no pets, due to owner preference.
