The staff is very courteous and professional. They made the stay almost perfect. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. There were plenty of food options near the property. They also had a shuttle to the casino of Friday and Saturday. My only feedback was that the room smelled of too much Fabuloso. It really gave me a headache and sinus issues.

We will not be staying at one of your properties in the future. We arrived 12 minutes before check in time and were told it wasn't ready. We came back an hour later and were checjed in. When going to the room the cleaners cart was there and we waited 10 minutes only to have onr of the cleaners come out eating. While I stood there waiting she just kept eating and LICKING her fingers! They left finally with no apology. Later when wanting to microwave something, we found a pizza box with moldy food! We put the box outside the door and it was left till we took it up front at checkout. Would Not recommend you stay here if you have any aversion to filth.

This is a hidden gem. It is easily accessible off I-210 and is near the casinos, shopping, and multiple restaurants. Parking is plentiful. A free shuttle is available to bring you to the casinos or anywhere in a 6 miles radius, which covers a significant area. While there are many options technically in walking distance, the traffic is really too heavy to safely cross traffic. If the shuttle isn’t available quickly enough, driving the area is fine. Check in was a breeze. The staff was nice. They don’t hang out at the front desk, but they are nearby and show up quickly. The lobby is beautiful and has space to hang out. Complimentary cookies are usually available near the desk. Breakfast is included and has something for everyone. The pool is small but well kept. The beds are comfortable. Even though the hotel is right off the interstate, the traffic sounds are minimal. We stayed twice recently. The entire property is clean. One bathroom needed some minor repairs to the tub and wall, but it wasn’t anything that affected our use of the room. We will return again and will gladly recommend this property to friends.

This was a leisure trip with family. This hotel is always neat and clean. Never disappointed with my stay here. Friendly staff the shuttle driver is very nice and an asset to the trip( having shuttle service to the casinos is a plus).

We were assigned room 330 and when we got off the elevator they had a horrible smell like the carpet was all moldy the room was clean but the smell went into the room too. We left after 9 hours cause we couldn't take the smell anymore

Property was nice and clean, but I was not satisfied with the staff at the checking desk, it was not safe when they miss handled the checking process, my room key was also given to another person! At 4:00 am they open my room, lucky that I have the door latch on! The person was trying to force it, then left, next morning I told the lady in charge and she told me that she already knew it! And it was a mistake from them! Why was very scared!!

Breakfast was very low level. No one was attending the customers needs. Juice machine was not working. No plates, nothing was getting refilled etc. No sign for the food and no one there to answers it. Seems it was too much work for one person. Even though hotel seems to be pretty average occupancy .
