Charming Tilava mökki, askeleen päässä järven Pepin & Downtown!

Nauti tästä poikkeuksellisen tilava mökki - vain muutaman askeleen päässä Lake Pepin ja keskustan Lake City. Sijainti on lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä kaupoista ja ravintoloista keskustan Lake City ja "River Walk", 3 kilometrin kävelyreitti.

Lähellä kesän toimintaan kuuluu golf (6 alueen golfkentät), veneily, kalastus, vesihiihtoa, ja purjehdus. Frontenac State Park ja Hok-si-la City Park tarjoaa vaellus mahdollisuuksia ja National Eagle Center on vain lyhyen ajomatkan. Tour järven kautta veneen - "helmi järven" siipiratas vene tarjoaa retkiä.

Talvi toimintaan kuuluvat hiihto, moottorikelkkailu, Winterfest juhla, ja laskettelu lähellä. On monia ostos-, ruokailu ja vanhentamalla kokemuksia saatavilla Lake Cityssä sekä lähikaupunkeihin.

We thoroughly enjoyed the home, walking to the lake and amazing coffee shops. We also did a few day trips from there. Would absolutely recommend. It’s a small, quiet town perfect for the soul.

The house is always clean and has everything we need. Nancy always makes sure of that. Even though the weather wasn’t so great this time we enjoyed her cute enclosed porch to visit in. Also the shops close by.

Our weekend was rainy but it was a lovely stay and a perfect location! Steps from the lake and so pretty! The cottage was cozy and I love that there are two bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again, everything you need is within walking distance.

It was exactly what we expected. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen with what we needed to make meals. We could adjust the heat for our comfort. It was a great weekend.

Property is amazing and well taken care of! Hosts are very helpful and easy to contact. Everything you need is in the cottage and it's a beautiful view. There also nice antique stores in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this location again!

Nancy & Brad are excellent hosts! So responsive and helpful. The location of their beautiful cottage is great! You can see Lake Pepin from the kitchen window and the backyard; it's a quiet neighborhood with views of the eagles and geese. We walked the block or two to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. The cottage is decorated beautifully; is so welcoming and was fully stocked for our stay. All we brought was coffee and a few dry goods. The beds are comfortable and it was great to have 2 bathrooms as well. Thanks so much for offering up you beautiful cottage for a great girlfriend weekend!

Lake Pepin is just a block away. I can view it from the the patio. The house is cute and clean. I enjoy taking walks by the lake or just sitting on a bench watching the birds and boats go by. I always go to the stores in town and also head over to Red Wing also. Lake city is so relaxing. I come here yearly and stay at the same place.

We booked the house for a participant and a boat captain, and the parents of the participant, for the Minnesota High School State Bass Tournament in Wabasha. This property worked perfect for our needs for this event. The house was the cleanest of any VRBO property I have ever stayed at. Nice quiet neighborhood with a short walk to Lake Pepin. Highly recommend this property to my friends and family!!

Nancy and Brad are nice owners and they've spent a lot of time on the décor around the house. The only appliances we used were the microwave and the coffee maker (lucky we brought our own coffee) so I'm not sure how the stove/oven would've performed. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs for the nightly train whistle and noise from your family upstairs. We saw some eagles in the neighbor's backyard too. The location was close to the swimming beach and in walking distance to downtown.
