”The rooms are updated, cute and very comfortable. I loved the soft linens and bedding! If you like to walk, this location is great for a beautiful stroll to town for meals and shopping. (I recommend that you take E Front Ave. behind the property, to stay off of the busy road.) Speaking of busy roads, the motel is a bit on the noisy side because of being on a heavily traveled road to town. If you are not sensitive to noise, you'll be fine, if you are—bring earplugs. ”Beautiful, comfortable, and very convenient!! Friendly staff!! We loved it!!”

”The motel is older, but it has been updated and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. Right from the moment we arrived the front desk person was exceptional and made sure throughout our stay that we had everything we needed. The motel was easy walking distance to the restaurants, the shopping district, parks, and the boardwalk. We had an exceptional stay at the Flamingo.”

”So this property said access to lake but access was nine blocks. The carpet in our room was very stained very gross. Old building not what we were expecting.”

”Our room was not ready till 8pm, the room was filthy with still hair and dust on floor, old, leaky bathroom, hot tub broken, water in pool with so many chemicals that my son ASKED to take a shower, breakfast was not great ... and when we complained, manager just said- we could have left if unhappy. This was a disaster, would give zero stars if I could!”

They did try fixing it but couldn't get it fixed so no tv for my stay there. It would have been nice to go to a room with a working tv. Other than that it was an OK stay.”

I asked for reimbursement of some sort. I was told we should have moved to a room with warm water. We were on a scheduled roadtrip. This was not an option. DO NOT GO HERE. They have no elevator, yet want handicapped to climb stairs with luggage and an eight year old. ...
