”It had average reviews online but our room had chunks of blinds missing so that others could easily see into our room, no trash can, the tv remote didn’t work, the floors were dirty, the shower water was freezing, the toilet lid had #2 residue, and there was a condom wrapper behind the radiator. ”The room itself was clean but there were several issues with the property. First off, the pool and hot tub area is FILTHY. It smelled like a dirty bathroom and after about 2 minutes in the hot tub I immediately had to get out because I felt like I was soaking in barely warm toilet water. The room had a toilet that barely flushed, the tv remote needed new batteries and only worked some of the time, and the shower had no hot water. I could not bear to sit in that room with no working tv, shower,...

”The room was huge and clean however when we checked in our room was 77 degrees! We turned on the air and set to 67. It was very hard to fall asleep because the room was so hot. When we woke up the room was 73! Unacceptable for a $150 a night hotel…”

It was disgusting then I had to go to the third floor, which it still wasn’t worth the money that I paid the end of the bed were tore up. The sheets were dirty. They had stains on them. The soap that was in the bathrooms were used half bottles not sanitary at all I will never go there again.”
