”Your facility was great clean and my family enjoyed enough space clean and well organized just a few things the sockets didn’t all work the microwave went out we had to find the box to reset and the garbage disposal kept backing up but overall I enjoyed one of your sinks had a loose handle but I think with a few adjustments things were good ”

”The hotel is located in a very quiet, secure, and convenient area. We arrived super early from a cruise and yet, our room was ready! The room was very spacious, great light, and felt luxurious! Awesome quality towels and robes. The bed was super soft, which was not good for me since I have a back injury and need a firmer bed. The facilities are all impeccable, we were 10 minutes away walking ti the Seattle Center. We felt safe at all times walking in that neighborhood. Raul in the front desk...

”The Ace Hotel is a hidden gem! After a travel day from Hell (7-hr delay and 4 hrs one the tarmac) and constant updates and extensions in waiting for me, I arrived. I had spoken with Tracy earlier and she assured me they'd be there beyond their 8 PM closing. When I arrived, Autumn was so welcoming, helped me to my room, and even upgraded me after my disasterous day.
The room and courtyard were so charming and cozy. My bed... I travel a lot for work, and this was by far the best pillows and...

”We loved everything about our hotel room! Very very clean and organized and even though there wasn’t an elevator (due to it being an historic building) we were helped definitely felt comfortable and taken care of.”

”The Belltown Inn is very easy to get to via the Light Rail from the airport. The staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Hotel is in a great location, nearby restaurants and waterfront. Breakfast is not included. However, Biscuit Bit#$$h right next door, is very yummy and fun. Cruise Terminal shuttle is very convenient. Only downfall is all the homeless in the area. But, not the Inn's fault. I would highly recommend this hotel.”
