”The staff is friendly most of the time. The best person was Daisi, kitchen area and the morning chef, Mr. Ellis and Daisi always had an smile on her face and make me feel at home. The place is beautiful very clean, needs new furniture but everything was very nice, we will go back when we can. David was very nice too.”

”As a road warrior over decades, I have seen good and bad, but I have rarely seen the attentiveness of the staff such as here at the Grand Resort. Always pleasant but exceptionally helpful. I had an emergency shoe repair needed for my only dress pair, and it was late on a Sunday when it was identified.
