The spacious open-concept living area boasts cozy seating and expansive windows that flood the room with sunlight, creating the perfect retreat for relaxation after a day of adventure. Whether you`re gathering with family or friends, you can cozy up to watch a movie on the flat-screen TV or simply bask in each other`s company in this inviting setting.

Connected to the living area you’ll find full bathroom #1 with a stand-up shower, a fully equipped kitchen that has a breakfast bar, and a spacious laundry room with all you’d need to do laundry during your stay. The roomy bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen smart TV, and a walk-in closet.

MAIN UPSTAIRS:

Just off the living area, you’ll find stairs that take you to an additional full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a vanity area.

Through the main floor kitchen, you’ll find a hallway taking you to the garage/stairs to the living area above the garage. The garage is a great space for you to gather as a group. There’s a bar with stools, a smart TV, a ping pong table, a dart board, and various games that you can enjoy during your stay!

Above the garage are 2 additional bedrooms, a full bathroom with laundry, a second living room, a second kitchen, a dining room, a coffee bar, and a workspace.

At the top of the stairs is bedroom #4 offering a queen bed and a flat-screen smart TV. Beyond that bedroom, you’ll find full bathroom #3 with a stacked washer/dryer set. Attached to the bathroom is bedroom #5 with a king bed and a flat-screen smart TV. Outside of the bathroom/bedroom is another spacious living area including the fully equipped second kitchen, second living room, dining room, coffee bar, and workspace.

OUTDOORS:

You’ll find two decks to enjoy during your stay! The first deck is off of the main floor kitchen. You’ll find a cozy sectional for you to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, a dining table that seats 6, and a grill for you to cook a meal to enjoy with your family and friends. The second deck is off the upstairs kitchen and is also accessible from a staircase connecting the two decks. There is a lovely seating area and tables where you’ve got a great chance of spotting any deer in the area!

ATTENTION TO DETAIL:

• BATHROOMS - Hair dryers, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion are all provided.
• TVs - There are smart TVs in both living rooms, all five bedrooms, and the garage game room. Use your login to access your favorite apps.
• MIRRORS - All bedrooms have full-length mirrors, the first-floor living room has a full-length mirror, there are large round mirrors by the upstairs vanity area, by the desk in the living room upstairs over the garage, and another in the hallway. There are also mirrors in all bathrooms. Plenty of space to spread out for a girls’ trip!
• COFFEE - We provide both a Keurig and a full-pot coffee maker. Included are a variety of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate k-cups, some pre-packaged grounds for pots of coffee, creamer, sugar, stevia, and honey.
• GARAGE - The garage game room has a bar, ping pong table, dart board, cornhole/bags set, connect 4, along with other small games.
• LAUNDRY - Our home has 2 washer/dryer sets (one on the main floor laundry room and one in the upstairs bathroom above the garage) and everything you’d need to do laundry.
• KID FRIENDLY - In the main floor queen bedroom’s walk-in closet you’ll find a pack ‘n play, a high chair, and baby gates. There are also board games in the coat closet by the front door.
• GRILL - On the lower deck you’ll find a propane grill and in the kitchen, you’ll find the grilling tools.
• FIRST AID - There is a first aid kit in every bathroom vanity.

The entire home is yours to enjoy for the entirety of your stay! You have access to a large driveway that can accommodate 4 vehicles and additional parking is available to the right of the house (there`s a driveway leading to the side of the garage), if needed.

We will check you in virtually and monitor external cameras for security (only 2 cameras - one at the front door and one monitoring the second driveway to the right of the home), but won`t be there in person unless there is an issue we need to attend to in which case we can come take care of anything that is needed.

Located just four blocks from Lake Como and minutes from historic downtown Lake Geneva, guests have access to a plethora of activities, including water sports, golfing, and shopping. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing retreat or an active adventure, the Magnolia House is the perfect destination. Lots of great restaurants less than a mile away!
