The Space:

Start your mornings on the front patio, sipping coffee as the neighborhood slowly comes to life. Inside, the living room welcomes you with a warm, inviting vibe—featuring a comfy couch, a love seat, an accent chair, and a fireplace that adds a touch of cozy charm. A smart TV is ready for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. The kitchen, while compact, is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals, and the adjacent dining table seats four for shared meals or game nights. Out back, the private patio is perfect for evenings under the stars—gather around the firepit, grill dinner, and enjoy al fresco dining at the table for six. With lake access nearby and all the comforts of home, this Lake Geneva retreat is your perfect getaway. Explore the local parks and restaurants with an optional golf cart!



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a smart TV.

This home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Golf cart is available for an additional $100/night approximately May-September. Renter will be required to provide a driver's license, insurance information, and sign an additional agreement before being given access to the golf cart key.

• Air conditioning is via portable/window AC units.

• There is not a dishwasher, washer, or dryer.

• Driveway parking is available for 2 vehicles.

• There are 2 external security cameras: 1 monitoring the front entry, and 1 monitoring the back entry.

• 2 parking passes will be provided for guests to use the amenities of the association on Lake Shore Drive.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.



Amenities include:

Private park & basketball court, 1st beach located across from "In the Drink" (restaurant - W3860 Lake Shore Dr.) has two volleyball courts, a playground, 2nd beach located across from "Papa's Blue Spruce (restaurant - W4086 Lake Shore Dr.)" has a covered bridge, 3rd beach by the public boat launch/bathrooms, and another playground. Along the 1.3 miles of lakefront property there are swings, benches, picnic tables.

Local beaches include Riviera Beach, Big Foot Beach State Park, with trails and picnic areas. You’ll be sure to catch sight of a sailboat or antique vessel as they drive by across the pristine waters.
