• 1.5 Bathrooms & Prep Space: No need to share a single toilet! The home features a full guest bathroom (shower/tub combo) and an incredibly convenient half bath. You will also find strategically placed mirrors throughout the house, perfect for your group to get ready for a night on the town.

• Post-Lake Laundry: An in-home washer and dryer are available so you can easily freshen up your swimsuits and towels after a long day on the water.

• Stress-Free Parking: Our large, private circle driveway easily accommodates up to 4 cars. No street parking means no worrying about parking tickets!

The home’s charming interior exudes class and sophistication, where contemporary furnishings meet chic décor to infuse you with a sense of calm. The home comfortably sleeps 8 guests across 3 private bedrooms, all facing away from the road for ultimate tranquility.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking available for 4 vehicles.

• Fireplace is not available for guest use.

• This home is equipped with 1 external security camera, located at the top of the garage and actively monitoring the driveway.

• Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each.

• The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation.
