"Slow Yourself Down" is a freshly converted commercial property that has been laid out with practicality in mind, and includes some creative touches that you won't find in your run of the mill vacation rental. With three bedrooms and one-and-a-half bathrooms, it is best fit for family or friend groups of up to six. A fully equipped kitchen with bar seating for two opens up to a six-seater dining room table - a workable set up should you choose to dodge the crowds and cook meals in. A half bathroom off the kitchen and an additional "make-up station" in the corner of the living room will help make the morning get-ready as efficient as possible! Rounding out the common space is a sectional-seating entertainment area (Smart TV), overlooked by an additional bar nook with a swing chair! With complementary on-site parking for your group, remembering to pay the meter and worrying about parking tickets are a thing of the past.

This was an ideal property for our family, including pups! Lots of comforts and little details made it a delightful stay. Less than 5 minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants, less than 10 minute walk to the lake. Ample parking, borders a bank where the neighborhood transitions from commercial to residential.

Upon arrival, found back door open, and no toilet paper holder in main bathroom. Shower was small. Location is right in town so you can walk anywhere if needed, 3-4 parking spots included but on a side street where alot of down town workers walk go

We came in to watch the ice sculpture competition and although the weather did not support the contestants, we had a great time on the area! The property was walking distance to downtown so no parking/traffic issues. Place was neat and clean and well supplied. Would be even better in summer!We would book this property again in a minute.

2 night winter break. Everything was excellent. Location was perfect and easy to walk to everywhere. Host was very responsive and even left a few sleds for the kids to use in the snow. Clean house with everything that you could possibly need.

This house was perfect! The location couldn’t have been better. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere and not have to use our cars. It was very clean and while it’s a smaller house, every inch was used to make the most of the space. There were 4 of us and we never felt cramped. We would definitely stay here again!

Best Location Ever!

The property was clean & very cute! We had 4 adults (2 of which were our college age daughters) & there was ample space without feeling claustrophobic. As mentioned in the other reviews parking in the Lake Geneva "tourist" area in summer is a nightmare. We were able to easily able walk everywhere from this property. Definitely enough parking for multiple vehicles too. Only wish there were some basic directions on how to operate the TV. Maybe have more substantial window blinds in the front bedroom facing the main street). Overall a very pleasant experience staying here!

Excellent location for sure. Walking distance to all there is to do in Lake Geneva.... House was as listed the only few things we didn't like is there are NO closets so if you hang clothing, like we do, don't count on it and the shower itself was smaller than normal.... Again, perfect for short stays and very clean....

Property as it looks. It is on a busy streets so those with small children may want to know that. It was a little unsettling to know there was a basement that was locked and its only door was through the kitchen, creepy. Property was clean just dusty under the beds and couch. Enjoyed our stay, location was perfect.
