An updated kitchen boasts new appliances and beautiful updates. Enjoy a private driveway with plenty of room to park. Golf cart is also included during the summer months. Please note that this property is secluded in the woods and is definitely a "camping experience".

**Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.

*Please note that Abbey Springs HOA will no longer grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of your rental home.

*Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license to operate.

*Please note: After your reservation is confirmed, we will send an electronic guest rental agreement. Signing the agreement and completing additional identity verification, which may include providing a valid form of identification, are required to finalize your booking and receive check-in instructions.

**Bookings made within 72 hours of check-in incur an additional $100 fee.
**Guest Pass Policy: Guest passes are non-transferable. If you wish to switch a pass to a different guest during your stay, the exchange must be completed at the guard house. The original pass must be turned in, and a new pass will be issued to the new guest.
