Was a bad experience from the moment we walked in. The night receptionist was frustrated the moment we told her we were paying with a different card than the one used to hold the room. She told us to watch our accounts seeing how a previous guest had just been charged twice. She made it seem like it was all set come to find out it wasn’t. The room keys we got did not work so after the walk through the halls to our room we had to lug everything back down to get the keys to activate. We then ran into noise issues around 11/11:30 and called to ask if they can be told to stop running through the halls and the answer was “the parents are coming up shortly” so no consideration for us was given. Following our stay we checked out and turns out they charged the first card the full price AND the second card ! So we have 1,000 dollars into a 2 night stay. When we complained about this we were told”there was nothing we could do till it is fully processed and then they can issue a credit back but that would take 7-10days”. After explaining we were not in a position to have 1,000 into a hotel stay the receptionist got frustrated and told us to just call when it fully processes and talk to the manager. Nothing was done on their end to stop one of the transactions they were just taking both payments . We felt as though we were just putting money in their pockets and less like guests more like piggy banks . We will never be returning. Much more to say.
