This cabin is perfect if you want to be close to the action, but far enough away from downtown to relax after a long day at the lake. This cabin getaway sleeps 5 with a full bathroom & kitchen.

Located walking distance to Million Dollar Beach (0.3 miles), Usher Park and Beach (500 feet), and close to Around the World Mini-Golf (0.7 miles) and Lake George`s famous Canada Street (1.0 miles). Watch the infamous Lake George fireworks right from your private fire pit or deck! High speed WiFi makes this stay perfect for an Adirondacks work-from-home day! Why not walk down to the lake right after?!

This two-bedroom cabin (left side of the duplex) offers a private getaway with many amenities:

Private fire pit with Adirondack chairs (fire wood for use on property! we do not provide lighting materials - Walgreens, down the street sells lighters!)

*This individual unit is part of a duplex (with Kattskill Bay cabin). Each cabin has their own separate entrance, private deck, outdoor seating and fire pit. Each cabin also has their own parking and no shared spaces. We like to mention it as well, if you’re coming with a larger group and looking for an additional cabin to rent!*

This cabin is *dog friendly.* (fee applies, 2 dogs maximum) It is also in walking distance of the infamous Lake George Dog Beach!

*We will provide toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shower necessities, pump soap, a sponge, k-cups, tea bags, and sugars - once these supplies are depleted, additional supplies will not be refilled during your stay*

*WINTER: Please allow for up to 24 hours for our maintenance team to clear off driveways and walkways to cabins in the event of snowfall; they will try to get to the property as fast as possible, while remaining mindful of safety/hazardous conditions. Snowfall removal does not include clearing of decks or fire pits. Outdoor picnic tables are unavailable during our coldest months!*

Walking distance to Million Dollar Beach, Usher Park & downtown Lake George`s Canada Street. While walking, several restaurants are within feet and shopping centers are just minutes away! The `East Side` provides the quiet serenity of the Adirondacks, while being right in the center of it all!

Park your car(s) upon arrival and walk everywhere in Lake George Village! We have several parking spots designated for each of our cabin stays. If you`re looking for a place to leave your car until the day you leave, this is the place for you! Convenient location to everything Lake George has to offer.

We offer chartered boat tours of Lake George for up to 10 passengers. Take the worry out of trying to rent a boat and enjoy the lake while you ride around, seeing some famous spots and maybe even cliff jumping!

Charging of electric/hybrid vehicles is prohibited on property due to voltage restrictions, but we are happy to suggest some nearby charging stations! :)
1. Please park your vehicles in the designated areas for your specific cabin. Please do not block any driveways/accessways so other guests can move about the property freely. You are only permitted to bring the assigned number of vehicles for your cabin. (i.e., 2 bedroom cabins have 3 parking spots). A map will be sent with parking spots.
2. Each cabin has its own firepit, please put out the fire when you are done using the firepit to avoid any accidents. Please use the firepit at your own risk.
3. Deck areas should be used in a safe manner. For your safety, do not jump off the decks/railings, sit/stand on railings or use the deck in a manner other than its intended purpose.
4. Charging of electric/hybrid vehicles is prohibited on property due to voltage restrictions.
5. When leaving the property to explore all that Lake George has to offer, please lock the door to secure all of your belongings. We are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during the duration of your stay.
6. Once you check out, we are not responsible for any items or valuables that may have been left behind. Please notify us if you left something behind and we will coordinate with our changeover team to try and help!
7. Boulders are a part of the permanent landscaping. Please refrain from climbing, jumping, sliding, and/or playing on the boulders. Any injuries that are sustained are not the responsibility of Adirondack Lakeside Getaways, LLC.
8. If you brought a boat, jet ski, trailer, snowmobile, or any other trailer/powered vehicles, etc. to the property, we are not responsible for any damage to your equipment or vehicle that has occurred while on the property.
9. Any and all injuries must be reported within 48 hours of occurring.
