Location- 88 wood St. Laker Harmony Pa

Weekends only (including Memorial Day Monday) from May 23rd
through June 28th ~ 11am to 7pm

Inclement weather conditions may affect beach opening and closing hours. In case of heavy rain
and/or thunder the beach will be closed. No one may use the beach/ swimming area when the gates are
locked.

BEACH AND SWIMMING RULES
• Members /Guests 5 years of age or older MUST have a VALID SEASONAL PASS
to enter the beach.
• Day or Week Passes can be purchased ONLY if a member with a valid seasonal
pass is present.
• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
• No Dogs allowed in the beach area.
• Be respectful of other beach goers. Safe ball playing and large rafts are only allowed
when not crowded. No loud music playing.
• Members of the Beach Committee have the authority to enforce all rules and to stop
any activity that is unsafe. Any problems the Beach Committee cannot manage
directly will be reported to the Management Office or the Police.
• Boats cannot be closer than 100 feet from swimming areas (PA State Law) Boat
pick up or drop off passengers at the dock is NOT ALLOWED. Any boat that is a
threat to the safety of the swimmers will be warned off using a whistle and the
boat registration numbers found on the front will be noted on the daily log and
reported to the Management Office.
• No swimming under or beyond the floating dock or outside the roped area.
• No pushing off or doing flips from the dock.
• Non-swimmers are only allowed in water where they can safely stand.
• No watercraft tying to or fishing off the swimming dock allowed at any time.
• Swim diapers are required for any child who is not potty trained.
• All trash must either be placed in the trash receptacles located in the area or carried
away upon leaving the beach.
