In winter, this condo is located less than a mile from the ski runs and snowboarding trails found at Big Boulder Mountain. Throughout the year, discover a number of other local attractions including Hickory Run State Park, Hideaway Hills Golf Club, and the Kalahari Indoor Waterpark, all less than 20 miles from your door. You'll also find a seasonal, outdoor pool nearby.

This very inviting vacation rental boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar to make meal prep a snap! Dine together at the adjacent table - perfect for rainy or snowy day board games - and then gather in the living area, switch on the fireplace, sink into the plush sectional, and stream all your favorite channels using your own accounts. Enjoy views off your front and rear-facing balconies.

This condo also comes with central air-conditioning and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Access to the pool is provided free of charge at the Midlake community pool for registered guests only.
There are no free access passes to Big Boulder Lake Club included with this home. If you opt to visit the lake club, day passes can be purchased for $25/per day. To purchase the passes, tell the front desk of the club where you are staying.
This property is managed by Vacasa Pennsylvania LLC.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We really enjoyed the home. Everything was very neat and clean. Dishes matched each other, towels all white. Fireplace and blankets in living room made it very cozy. The only think that Id think is beyond the owners control is the water temperature never got warner than luke warm. Otherwise the bathrooms are renovated and very nice.

My family really enjoyed our stay in this lakefront condo. The location of the condo is ideal for those visiting local ski resorts, restaurants and all of what Lake Harmony has to offer. The condo itself is very clean newly updated with modern finishes and bathroom we did find the unit a little cold, but the electric fireplace was a nice touch. And we easily got relaxed in the plush sectional sofa. We really enjoyed the stunning view of the lake and enjoyed eating at the dining room table. The one drawback was I wanted to sit in my morning coffee on the patio. Although there is a Keurig coffee maker to use there was no coffee pods available. We did not know that coffee wouldn’t be provided. Usually houses to rent nowadays have coffee available. That was one drawback. The linens, towels, and dove toiletries were also lovely. We all slep soundly on the comfortable beds And short, we will definitely stay here again.

Although a short stay (2 days), we had a great time. Beautiful condo in a quiet picturesque area. The condo was spotless. Full kitchen with dishes, flatware, pots, pans, detergents, stacked washer/dryer in a closet, and a Keurig coffee maker. The only thing missing was a toaster. Bedding, towels, and toiletries were also included. Large TVs in each room. Very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Overall the condo was clean and easy to find and access. However, although there was a lake view we were not allowed to fish, swim or use the lake in any capacity. And the one night the boys tried to go to the pool it was closed for a private party. I think if those caveats were listed in the description of the property it would’ve been helpful as this wknd was for lake fun for our son and his friends. Nevertheless- it was still a nice,clean and quiet place to sleep. It’s probably a better set up for adults looking for a peaceful getaway.

Beautiful condo that is comfortable and stylish. While it only had two bedrooms, it did have a nice kitchen with dinette, and nice living room and two full bathrooms. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast on the patio over looking the lake. The town of Lake Harmony is a short ride and we visited the several restaurants and ice cream stand. We did travel to the Delaware Water Gap, and the State Parks that were near by. In the listing there are pictures of a beach which gives the impression that there is one. That is not the case. The Boulder Lake Club is a private club for members only. We inquired with the front desk and was told that our Condo did not have a membership. We were very disappointed. The Property Management Team communicated very well, informing us of the check in/check out procedures. The rental was easy to book. While the place was beautiful, in peaceful setting, and in a great location, I can't say that I would return.
