* The property manager/cleaning manager is an accredited infection prevention expert. As always, the home will continue to be cleaned with CDC/EPA approved disinfectants. The cleaning team pays special attention to clean all touch points. For high-risk renters, we offer electrostatic sanitation in which the cleaning crew sprays electrostatic ally charged disinfectant which causes the cleaning spray particles to aggressively adhere to surface areas. We also offer fogging disinfecting, which uses a fine mist sprayed on surfaces to kill microorganisms. * Load all dirty dishes& start the dishwasher cycle before leaving. Please DO NOT leave any dirty dishes in the sink, on counter or around home.
*Turn off all lights, electronics, stove&oven and small appliances and close/lock all the windows and exterior doors
*Leave all 4 parking passes ( 2 pink, 2 green) hanging on the hook in the foyer area.
*Fireworks are PROHIBITED. The Community is very strict about it, there is 1000$ fine each time.
