”We had a wonderful stay over for a long weekend visiting family nearby. This place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was very accomodating when the coffeemaker was not working. They quickly replaced it for us which was very nice given that it was during the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. Would definitely stay there again.”

”The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.”

”Honestly, this place was perfect. From the moment you pull in the driveway- everything is well kept starting with the landscaping and sidewalks to the kitchen/bedroom and deck outside. They make the most of the interior space as well and thought about so many details (they had dishwashing gloves!). The beds were comfy and the views were incredible. We plan on staying here again!”

”Overall it was a fantastic stay. Host was very communicative about property and where we can find anything that was needed. Plenty to do around the area and kept us busy for a week with the rain that came in. Recomend using a backpack luggage and it made the stairs easier to conquer!Just be prepared”
