”Location was not in down town. Nothing avaible near by, only 7 Eleven. Free shuttle service was available very limited time daily. Breakfast options were poor, very limited options for glutein free. Restarant wasn't real restaurant. Gym was ok. Overall hotel description was incorrect.”

”Clean hotel, friendly staff. Room was ok. Breakfast could be better. In room descripion there was supposed to be a free WiFi, but afterwards it was billed (4,95 USD)”

”The microwave in the suite did not work. The telephone in the master suite did not function properly and when you arrive to the property, there was a light smelly odor throughout the hotel.”

”Great stay! Shuttle is very convince and is in a great location.5 mins away from the Kia Center(in the car).You could actually walk if it wasn’t so hot lol Maybe the hotel can add a towel rack in the bathroom for better usage especially when your staying a few days!”

”The room was great! The staff marvelous! Everything was wonderful except no free breakfast or coffee unless you were part of the club. I was very disappointed that I had to ask the restaurant for a cup of coffee or buy a cup from Dunkin…I didn’t know get any meal with out a cost. At the price I paid… I thought I would at least get free access to coffee and breakfast. I was extremely disappointed in that. I didn’t need parking.”

”Beautiful upscale boutique hotel. Beautiful grounds and pool. Close to downtown shopping and restaurant’s. We will be back.”

”Unfortunately our bathroom was a bit of a mess. The staff attended to our needs but for the amount of money we paid it was frustrating. The staff would have done more us monetarily but because we booked through Expedia they couldn’t. Lesson learned. Also there was old food left in the fridge we had to throw away.”

”The floors and tables in breakfast area were sticky. Shower was out of body wash. No dish soap and ran out of tissues.”

”Property was well maintained, believe it’s 5 years old, room was extremely clean and big and air conditioner was excellent, which is an important feature for me. The hotel is in great location near restaurants, farmer’s market, shops, etc. This is our second time staying at this property and was again a wonderful experience.”
