”Room was clean. Bathroom was small. Had kids running around and slamming doors until about 10pm. Breakfast was good. Pool area was a good time. Had no towels in the pool area and one of us went to the counter and was ignored until he asked fir the towels and the guy told him they were behind the counter so he had to go behind the counter and get them himself. Rudi was on duty when we arrived for check in and he was awesome! Recommended areas to eat and was very helpful.”

”Lots of little signs in the room… use these colored rags to wash off makeup, clean up spills (one very scratchy brownish washcloth), sign to not color your hair in the room (?), to open the curtains when you leave… felt a little naggy. Overall comfortable though and clean.”

We were in one of the "dark grey" buildings 2. these were older buildings, and had a "cabin-y" / musky smell to it 3. free breakfast - if you are a vegetarian - leaves much to be desired for. ”Found a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door when we got there. The hotel kiosk staff was the most helpful part of the entire stay. I think the room was overpriced for what we got for sure. And then on our checkout day, the housekeeper asked if we were checking out at 9:50 when the checkout time was 11. And when we said we had one more bag to grab he looked down at his watch like he was in a hurry so we felt like we better leave by 10, even though we had another hour left still.”
