From the front deck, you'll enjoy front row seats of the first green of Bald Mountain Golf Course. From the rear deck, you'll be right across from Bald Mountain Lake, the picnic tables, charcoal grills, fishing pier (no license needed), and dock on Bald Mountain Lake (canoes available for rent at the Wellness Center).

Thick Berber carpet, light woods, and neutral colors provide an airy feel in this beautiful vacation home. The second floor bedroom has a new ceiling fan along with both a queen and a new double bed. The new upstairs bathroom has a tub with jets and a dual shower. The first floor has two bedrooms. The front bedroom has a queen bed and the back bedroom has a new double bed. The new bathroom has two vanities and a walk-in dual shower with a bench. The living room has new leather furniture and a 42 inch HD/LED TV, DVD, VCR, and a nice selection of board games, books, puzzles, and videotapes. The dining area has a beautiful new wood table with six padded chairs. The oak-floor kitchen includes range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, blender, small TV, and a room with a stack washer and dryer.  It is within an easy walk from this unit to the Bald Mountain Golf Course, snack bar, restaurant, bar, Wellness Center, spa, pools, tennis courts, beach, marina, and miniature golf.  In addition to finer details in the kitchen, baby gates and hair dryers are in each bathroom and flat screen HD/LCD TVs are in all three bedrooms with deluxe cable that includes the Golf Channel. This unit features wireless internet accessible to the whole villa.
CANCELLATIONS/TRANSFERS. Requests must be in writing and received by a Rumbling Bald on Lake Lure rental agent. In the event Tenant must cancel this reservation more than 45 day prior to arrival, Tenant shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations that occur within 45 to 15 days prior to arrival will be charged a cancellation fee of 25% of the total reservation charges. Cancellations which occur within 14 days of arrival will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to the amount of the reservation. NO refunds will be given for early departures or unused portions of packages.
HOUSEKEEPING SUPPLIES: There is a one-two day starter supply of items such as coffee packets, toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent (where appropriate), shampoo, and soap that has been supplied for your vacation rental. All towels, sheets, and linens are provided for the allowed occupancy number of each unit.  There is no housekeeping service provided during your stay. If you run out of any starter supplies, you many purchase these at Apple Valley Market or Ingles Grocery.
