”Beautiful boarding house on the National Registry. Highly recommend staying here. Delicious breakfast, made to order, daily. Popular restaurant by night. My husband said the trout was the best he has ever had, anywhere. Walk to town or to Tomahawk Lake Town is a popular shopping destination 20 minutes to Biltmore and the Blue Ridge museum and parkway. Also check out the town museum and the huge antique store just off the highway. ”

”We had a wonderful stay at this whimsical little getaway! It was very cute and well stocked. ”My only complaint is that the original listing has 'hot tub' as an amenity, and a large soaking bathtub is NOT a hot tub. This part of the listing should be changed. However, we spent a long weekend and the place was immaculate and we would absolutely love to visit again. The kitchen was very well stocked, the property is beautiful, and while I was disappointed there was not an actual hot tub, we did not miss it. ”Very spacious. It was great luxury to have 2 bedrooms, a living room and even a loft sitting room. The kitchen is well stocked. You don't have to worry about getting dishwasher detergent or coffee filters. My children enjoyed using the spa bath. Great screened porch that we didn't use because of the temperature. The downsides to this stay are poor wifi and channels are not extensive. A lot of backroads to get there meant quite a travel time to Asheville.”
