”The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes.”

”We checked in and tried showering only to have water as cold as ice, door lock didn’t work. Called front desk his response was change rooms. We were already unpacked and he didn't seem to care, he said no one was there to fix anything. Moved rooms to take a shower in room number 2 and the bathroom bath mat was dirty, we used a towel cus the bath mat was that dirty, the shower wall had black curly hair stuck to it. Called front desk three times, no answer. Went to front desk no one there. ...

”I like that it was convenient to our event but it took awhile to check in, only one person behind the desk. The hot tube look like it needed to be clean so we did not go in.”

”Facility was clean and in a nice upscale community. Room was comfortable and quiet for us to have a restful nights sleep. Breakfast was very good and kept well stocked. Highly recommend this facility!”

”Low drama, exactly what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. Fanciest place in the world? Not at all. But it's spotlessly clean, the beds are big and comfy, the rooms are properly AC-equipped, and everyone is friendly. Even the coffee wasn't too bad.”

”Very nice hotel, and a good location we complain to the front desk of the noise coming from our ceiling, room above had children bouncing around for hours on end and they gladly changed our room to correct the problem.”

”This place is well-maintained for how old it is, and it was fun to stay in such a historic building. Surface cleaning is spotless, but a deeper clean is not really great (e.g., ceiling fans). Our room did not have a TV so we had to watch in the living room. We had to share a bathroom. Kind of frustrating for a room with kids, but it was on the booking. Just didn’t catch it somehow. The pillows could use a regular update. The breakfast was better than a traditional continental breakfast, but not...
