”The front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Of the 2 rooms we had for the night the beds were comfortable & 1 of the rooms was very quiet. Unfortunately the lobby & elevators were cluttered with construction materials, old decorations & covered furniture as they clearly were sprucing up the place. It made the entrance & lobby unusable. They were painting the front desk throughout the day & night which was smelly. I chose this Hampton Inn over another close by because of reviews & the nice...

”I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast menu with plenty of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.”

”There was only 1 ice machine for 5 floors and sometimes it was empty too. They charged my credit card for the full stay even though I had pre-paid for the stay. I reserved a King Suite, but they checked me into a Queen Suite. They did offer to move me the next day. ”

”Toilet didnt work upon arrival asked them to fix it they said they would but it took 3 more phone calls through the day Shower didnt drain well Tv kept losing signal on all channels ”

”The room was clean enough for me. It was within walking distance of a place to eat. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly, spoke good English and I was able to smoke in the room.”

”Our room was clean and staff was friendly! Breakfast was delicious and there were many options to buy if you needed a snack in the lobby. We did not try the grill area but the food smell really good!”

”Gym was nice for early morning workout. Large rooms with comfortable king size beds. Breakfast buffet with waffles, eggs, bacon, scones, cereal, juices, toast. Great location to Lake Norman off I-77. ”

”Clean Room - Very Friendly And Nice Ladies At The Front Dest - Great Breakfast! The only down side was when the elevator opened to the housekeeping side, it reeked of weed. Some people might not mind. I thought it was a little low rent, but other than the overwhelming smell of dope, it was a great stay! ”
