”Great place to stay in the Lake Norman area. There was a lot of road construction in the area that caused congestion and couldn't access sidewalks so you really can't leave the hotel on foot, but that's not the hotel's fault. Fresh coffee in the lobby at all times and very clean. I'll stay here again.”

”This property is wonderful! The staff is friendly and efficient. The interior and exterior of the hotel is maintained very nicely. If you’re traveling with a dog the hotel has large clean grassy areas. There’s also sidewalks so you can take your pooch for a nice walk. There’s also a restaurant right next door ”

”Wonderful all the way around! Excellent staff from front desk to bar to breakfast. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. ”

”Didn't take advantage of the breakfast or pool. Managers were very nice and check in was simple. Room clean but carpet had some stains. Road noise from highway but that's to be expected when you want to stay close to the highway. ”

”Everything was great, we had a emergency Fedex delivery. And the staff was great to let me know when ig showed up. ”

”The room and halls of the hotel were not clean. We felt there may have been fleas In the room. There was dog poop residue on the floor of our room. We got to the hotel late, so we didn’t notice till the morning . I will not be repeat customer.”

”The hotel is under renovation. The room is outdated, and the bathroom, carpet, and other areas are stained and old. The cafeteria was closed, and there was a smell of weed in the hallway.”

”No the kitchen does not come fully equipped and staff doesn't advise of this. Last stay, knob for hot water in shower was not working and it took almost 20 minutes to configure. Staff starts calling room early in the morning WAY before checkout time”

”Kind staff, nice perks like Coffee, Tea,Cookies, Bagged Breakfast as well as a hot breakfast buffet. Bottles of water at check in. Clean, plenty of parking. ”

”The rooms were clean enough for one nights stay but it was very clear that the furniture needed to be wiped down. The pull out bed was terrible and desperately needs a new mattress. Breakfast was ok but I've definitely had better continental breakfasts at other hotels. ”
