”Room is very tiny if you have small children this is a terrible ideas, no room or space for anything! We were tripping over our luggage, no fridge which is a must for younger kids. If it's a solo travel over night it's fine but besides that will not recommend. Also had people next to me screaming cussing in the middle of the night fighting. Stay away!!”

”When you think of kid fire my hotel this is the place to be, the dance party in the elevator was a big hit for kids and adults, we got the standard theme pirate room and it was amazing our kids and I absolutely loved it, the treasure hunt in the room with mini figures for our kids were a great bonus. The breakfast was very good for buffet sausage, French toast, potatoes, chilaquiles ( delicious) rice beans cereal, salad, fruits, the only thing is the orange juice was watered down and apple juice...

”I would give this place zero stars if I could. The room I was initially given was dirty, the sheets and blankets were visibly stained, and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarettes and mold. When I went to the front desk to report the issue, Sonia, the receptionist, was rude and dismissive when I explained that the bedding was dirty, stained, and smelled bad.
She said the manager authorized moving me to another room, but unfortunately the second room was just as bad. The bed sheets were...

”Vanessa at the front desk as great, the room was very clean, the jacuzzi was clean. The guys driving around in golf carts saw me and my girlfriend carrying all of our luggage and didn’t stop to see if we needed anything. Other than that, the layout of the resort is pretty bad with zero signs anywhere. Self parking is expensive and in a dirt lot. Won’t be back.”
