”The on site staff were accommodating. When we arrived the fireplace wasn’t working and the room had two portable heaters. We fell into an extreme cold (-36 feels like -44) alert and requested a third portable heater. The staff offered to replace our fireplace while we went out for breakfast. ”I really enjoyed my getaway night here. The room was like a small apartment, very neat and clean; a few small details could be adjusted, but they were minor and I had great communication with the staff when I needed to find out how to work something. ”This review is primarily based on the way that the owners behaved. The place was fantastic don't get me wrong but they really took what I had done for granted. First there was no cold plunge made available to which they should have made it clear. Second, there was a electronic gaming device known as the Wii which needed two AA batteries per controller to replace. They only had AAA. So I offered to go out of my own way to get some new batteries not just for us but for the next group of people....
