”There was a roach in the bathroom ”

”Parking area was large, Breakfast was great. Only stayed 1 night wasnt able to use pool or other amenities but I will use this hotel again in the future”

”This hotel was a very nice surprise, excellent quality for the price! Everything was new and absolutely spotless. The hotel had everything we needed, the room was huge and the bed very comfortable. It's refreshing to see hotels that are maintained this well. Extra points for having oat milk for coffee!”

”I was happy with the motel and the staff. However, I chose this place over others because it openly said "Close to downtown" when in fact it is miles away. Other motels I passed over were on the same street. This is misleading and even unethical and moreover it must be a pain for the hotel clerk to have to answer for it to disappointed customers.”

”The only positive was a comfortable bed. Had to be moved because the first room smelled like sewage. Man at the desk seemed like he could care less.”

”Every thing was clean and the staff was helpful and close to restaurants”

”I reserved a suite with a bed and a sofa bed because my fellow traveler and I needed separate beds. After we arrived, the only available room was with one bed. No sofa bed. My companion had to reserve a room in another hotel at the last minute. I called the Hilton Garden Inn a few days later, and I was told that the suite I had reserved was being renovated. If I had known that, I never would have reserved the suite. I did get about $65 back. It's not that I didn't like the hotel; it was clean...

”The location was great as it was halfway between my home in MA and my vacation destination in Hilton Head Island SC. I was also traveling with my dog. I stayed on the way to HHI and then on the way back to MA. The staff was very friendly and the accommodations for dogs was ideal, with a large grassy area in the back of the motel for bio breaks. I had a superior non smoking room on the way down, and a standard non smoking room on the way back. Both rooms were large, clean, and comfortable,...

”Our stay was wonderful, we were surprised by the apt sized refrigerator with freezer as well as the dishwasher. The room was big with a nice couch. The shower was roomy. We only spent one night but would consider this type hotel again, especially for a longer stay.”

”Close to the mall and restaurants”

”While taking road trips we always stay here because it’s extremely clean. This is a no frills hotel but it’s close to the highway and restaurants making it easy for an overnight stopover. We consider this place a dependable option albeit very basic but it’s priced right. This last time we noticed a pool but it didn’t have any water in it. If they fill it up for the summer then I wholeheartedly recommend it for a stopover on your way to or from Disney.”

”Breakfast was fresh. Staff in the afternoon was excellent when we checked in. Went to turn my key cards in the next minute ringing and the guy at the front counter was too busy on his phone to acknowledge me. ”

”The suite was nice and neat. Breakfast was wonderful, filling on our way out for busy day. Staff was very friendly. The issue was it was stifling hot in room. Air conditioner wasn't working well. Maintenance came and did something to it but it didn't help. They gave us fans to use but still was very warm and humid. Hopefully, they get that fix before summer season starts. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.”
