The attached deck includes outdoor dining, grilling space, and additional seating overlooking the lake. With easy water access and a no-wake cove, the outdoor setup is perfect for families and groups looking to stay outside all vacation long.

• This property is accessed through a mix of paved and gravel roads. Drivers may encounter steep hills and narrow roadways. Please use caution while navigating. In winter, roads may ice over and become difficult to navigate.
• Parking is available for approximately 5 vehicles plus boat trailer parking
• The dock does not include an open boat slip, but boats may tie off alongside the dock
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
