Just 10 minutes from H. Toads, Shady Gators, Lazy Gators, and 15 minutes from Bagnell Dam. Docknockers Bar & Grill is a short walk down the hill!

The bedroom, has its own private entrance, ensuring the utmost security and convenience for guests. It offers essential amenities like a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and a portable fan. The room also includes a full bathroom. It is worth noting that this lockout unit is part of a larger property. This property can be rented either as a whole unit or as individual lockout units, providing flexibility for guests.

It is important to know this unit shares an HVAC system with the rest of the property and that the thermostat is set to 70°. This ensures that guests can enjoy a comfortable temperature throughout their stay.

Fees and Charges-
• A non-refundable cleaning fee applies to every reservation; this covers standard turnover cleaning between guests and is not a deposit.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $99 per stay applies when guests bring pets (limit 2). Guests must select the pet option during the booking process to disclose a pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in an additional $99 fine.
