âLoved this place on the water, you will not be disappointed. The reasons we gave it a 4 instead of a 5 star:I reached out and personally asked via email if there were any steps (one of us have a very bad hip etc) and was assured there were none so we booked... NOPE there are steps to climb getting to the condo. Would have booked another place if we got the actual details. âThe view is amazing, location is lovely, and the owner is friendly and responsive. However, we did not find the house to be worth the money paid. The house is dirty. Dust and cobwebs everywhere. The overhead light in the bunk room was draped in cobwebs. A hole in the ceiling of one of the bathrooms displays dark mold. There were lots of tripping hazards.
