”Awesome place”

”This is a cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Just what we needed, a quiet place to stay while visiting family in the area. Very basic kitchen and dining needs. Enough to make easy meals to enjoy while there. It is NOT a five star hotel but we very much enjoyed this cute little place.”

”This house is surprisingly big. There are several rooms and lots of space to relax. We would definitely stay here again. Two helpful hints would be to bring your own pillows. The beds all have pillows, we just felt they were flat and probably should be replaced. Also if you plan on using the pool then maybe bring a few beach towels. Towels are provided but we wish there were some larger full body towels for the pool. This a great spot to stay with a family and we definitely plan on booking here...

”House was very clean and updated. Location was excellent, close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landings. The included golf cart was a great perk. We enjoyed it very much. Jeff the host was fantastic - excellent communication and right on top of any questions that we had or anything that we needed. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit The Villages!”

”We stayed here previously a few years ago so we knew what to expect. We like the fact that there's no neighbors near us and a very quiet neighborhood. One thing we would suggest is provide more cooking pans and microwavable bowls, etc. Other than that, we have no complaints. ”

”We had such a wonderful stay here. The property was quaint, peaceful, and incredibly well-appointed, with everything clean and thoughtfully maintained. We loved the mix of original charm with modern upgrades and refreshed touches. The hot tub was a huge plus, especially being set in its own air-conditioned Florida room. Between spotting deer in the backyard, enjoying the game room, and fishing out back, it was the perfect little getaway. Close to plenty of natural springs, parks, and nature, but...
