”Their front desk guy Cyrus is rude and a power tripper. Their staff don’t communicate and then the guest is who ends up being blamed. I was told one thing over the phone and he still argued with me instead of getting his supervisor who was for sure there at the time. We didn’t even check in, we took our money elsewhere. Don’t stay here unless you’re rich and white cause they’ll treat you like garbage.”

”Hotel was centrally located and close to everything I needed. Room was spotless. Bed was very comfortable. Bring your own pillows. It was convenient having the kitchen. If I stayed again I’d bring my own pans and dishes as there is a charge for that. Staff was very helpful when I had an issue with my key from the kiosk.”

”Very clean. Nice little kitchen. Over all very nice. Although there was someone smoking on the third floor so it stank up the whole floor. Also, we needed to use an iron as we were leaving to a wedding in a couple hours and there was no one at the desk to help us. If they close for lunch then they need a sign.”

”I’m not really sure why this place is rated so well .
The front desk staff was great and that was the only good part.
Every single trash on each elevator floor was shoved full , some trash in bags next to the trash can .
When we arrived I checked the bathroom and there were hairs in the shower , on the floor and the counter of the bathroom. The phone in the room and all surfaces . After getting our suitcase set up I noticed a piece of toenail on the floor .
The staff gave us some $ off .”
