”This hotel looks nice from the outside and is in a nice outdoor mall, but in the rooms it's clear this is a very old property that was refurbished in a skin deep and half assed manner. - The sliding window was broken and falling out of the track - Sink stopper missing - Layers of rust on the light fixtures - Broken and mis-aligned furniture - Cracks in the shower shell - Back of the bathroom door unpainted and covered with stains/fluids - No covers on mattress and box spring and stains under...

The property was immaculately clean and all efforts had been made to keep the guests' needs and wants met. We probably will stay at Pleasanton again and we heartily recommend it!! ”
