Yksityiset loma-asunnot – Lake Peekskill

”Lovely space and situation, unique. Close to the AT, as well.”

”Clean, well-appointed, charming home in a great location for getting to West Point and exploring the area. We very much enjoyed our stay here.”

”We stayed at this location for A Day. We wanted plenty of space for our son to relax if he wanted to. There were two bedrooms on the top floor and one in the second floor. When we entered the property, we had to walk up a flight of stairs to our rental. The space was nice and well kept, but I was surprised that some of the furniture in the pictures was not the same, in particular the large couch in the family room was replaced by a much smaller one. Also, while we figured it out,all of the...

”We had a wonderful time visiting NY for my 2 grandchildren’s graduation celebrations. The house was spacious & very comfortable for our family of 11 & my sweet pup. If the opportunity comes again to visit NY this house would be 1st on our list. Thank you for sharing your home with us.”

”It was a lovely house that had everything one could need. The lake is feet away with a fenced in yard. The backyard was also a secluded spot with tons of birds. Bed was very comfy and everything was super clean. Previous renters left items to enjoy, so there were extras. Two items to know- 1. There is a home preschool next door. It wasn’t too noisy, but you will hear kids when they head outside.2. I’m 6’ and some of the furniture was lower to the ground than normal. It made getting up a bit...

”Pulling up to the property was magical! The directions provided were super helpful. And the house property were clean, cute and very comfortable. We only spent a day but were able to spend time at the lake and use the dock. Beds were incredibly comfortable and the house was very cool.”

”The property was as advertised and met our needs for our trip.”

”Technically the house was"clean" but it's grimy. The doors and floors all needed a deep clean. One of the showers had a curtain with red mold stains. The AC could not cool the upstairs properly, and the 3rd floor was excessively hot. The wall to wall carpet on the second floor was smelly. The living room was lacking seating for adults. I wouldn't recommend this house for a family get together, but maybe it would be fine for a bachelor party. The listing said there was one bedroom with a king....

”We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. There are lots of bicycles not in use and many charcoal grills. The...

”Our family enjoyed a relaxing weekend before R-day at West Point and it was perfect! A beautiful property and we hope to be back another time!”
