Viihtyisä hirsitalo kauniissa Adirondacksissa

Saranac-järvi on ympäri vuoden sijaitseva lomakeskus, jossa on paljon nähtävää ja tekemistä. Tämä koti sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla 1 kilometrin päässä Saranac Lake -hotellin baareista ja ravintoloista, mutta samalla syrjäisellä rauhallisella yksityisellä tiellä. Kiinteistöstä ei voi nähdä naapureita. 1 mailin päässä Lake Flower -venerampista, 1 mailin päässä Saranac-järven keskustasta, 3 mailin päässä Mt Pisgahista, 7 helpon mailin päässä Lake Placidista ja olympiakylästä, 19 mailin päässä Whiteface-vuoresta, Memorial Drive ja pohjoisnavan joulupukin kylä. Lähellä on rantoja, veneramppeja, melontaa, retkeilyreittejä, lumiletkuja, moottorikelkkailua, X-maan hiihtoa. Lake Placidissa on myös hiihtohyppy, rullaluistelu ja yleinen luistelu. Lähellä venevuokrausta saatavana täydelliseksi nautintoksi Saranac-järviketjussa. Meillä on 2 kajakkia ja kanootti käytettäväksi lähellä olevassa Kukkajärvi- tai toisessa lampissa. Hirsitalossa on 2 suurta makuuhuonetta pääkerroksessa, joissa molemmissa queen size-vuoteet. Suuri kylpyhuone seisova suihkulla myös pääkerroksessa. Alemmalla tasolla on oma sisäänkäynti iso kolmas makuuhuone, jossa on kaksi yli täysi kerrossänky ja queen-size-vuode. Toinen kylpyhuone kylpyammeella sijaitsee alemmalla tasolla. Alemman tason huone pystyy käsittelemään koko perhettä yksin. Avoin olohuone, jossa kaunis käsityöläinen kivitakka pitää sinut lämpimänä yöllä. 8 miehen laajennettava pubi ruokapöytä ja täysin varustettu hiljattain remontoitu keittiö. Vedä sohva on olohuoneessa. Sivulta on turvatarkastus kuistilla ja takakansi, jossa patio pöytä / tuolit ja ruostumaton teräs kaasu BBQ. (propaani mukana). Sivupihalla on upouusi terassi / palo kuoppaan Adirondack tuolit nauttivat tulipalo ja rentoutua. Pesukone / kuivausrumpu toimitetaan. Tarjolla on nopea nopea Wi-Fi. Absolutely beautiful home nestled in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy yet still close to town for ice and beer runs. Highlight of home was newer clean grill, beautiful firepit, and boats with trailer. Enough boating space for the entire family to be on the water at once. Took owner recommendation and launched at second pond, got to see lots of lakes from here. Caught sunfish, perch and bass. Great Adirondack vacation, would stay here again.

Saranac Bliss

We have stayed in this home 3 times now and every year we love it. It just feels like home. Always clean and always ready for us to stay. Jason is so helpful and couldnt ask for a more responsive property manager. From the beautiful property and all the pretty trees. My dog also loved roaming around and playing with the girls in the snow. As usual cant wait to come back next year.

Thanksgiving in Saranac Lake

This is our second stay at the house. It is cozy, warm, and inviting and has a perfect location. Tucked away under the pines but minutes from town. And we had snow!! A wonderful holiday.

Beautiful and Spacious home

The house as a whole, was very clean and well appointed. The main bathroom was very nice. Everything needed for an awesome family stay was there. From, the kitchen which had most anything needed for cooking. The outside layout was great. The fire pit for s'mores was really nice. They actually had all the supplies for s'mores too, which was a surprise. The deck outside, and enclosed porch was great too. We had such a restful stay, and would certainly return.

The property is even nicer than the photos! We were very pleased with everything. It was immaculate. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. The instructions were comprehensive and very helpful. Jason was very easy to reach. We are already planning our next stay!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The house is spacious and accommodated our family which included an infant and a toddler. The house is conveniently located about a mile from the new bike trail and it was a short drive to Lake Placid. The owners were responsive to any of our questions. Family reunion

This cozy home in the woods provided the perfect setting for our family reunion. The large dining table set the place for warm family gatherings. With the house set back a comfortable distance from the road, we could be assured that our young grandchildren would be safe too. Last, the house is located in a convenient location enabling us to easily take advantage of the Adirondack setting.

Cozy cabin in the woods

Highly recommend this property for a stay in the Lake Placid region. Communication with homeowner was prompt and clear, and check in was a breeze! The cabin was spotlessly clean, very cozy, warm and welcoming. The decor matched the surroundings and gave the house an upscale, rustic feel. All the appliances worked great and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils, glassware, cookware, etc. you could possible need. There were even spices available in the cabinet! The wood burning stove/fireplace was great, adding warmth and charm to the living area. Some wood was provided by the homeowner...and more wood was easily available to purchase at nearby stores. The location was convenient to virtually all of the attractions in the area, with drive times generally less than 15 minutes. 5 STARS+++

House in the woods

We are hikers so we are looking for a place to lay our head, shower and make some food and cold drinks or hot. Beautiful house and well stocked. We tried using the fire pit but the bugs were bad and the citronella candles were all gone so we just retreated inside for drinks and playing cards. Thank you Jason & Dora for sharing your get away place with us.

The property had a log cabin feel in a cottage style home. Very quiet neighborhood with privacy. Location was fantastic. 15 minutes to Lake Placid and 5 minutes to the center of the town of Saranac Lake. Ample accommodations if you want the deep woods cabin feel without being away from civilization. The host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again in the future if the opportunity presented itself!

Nice holiday get-away!

My husband and I took our parents away to boat in the Saranac Lake region. The weather was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay at this home - where it was easy to prepare big breakfasts before setting off on our adventures for the day! We did not take advantage of the fireplace (not needed) nor the outdoor firepit - but that was due to the presence of black flies and mosquitoes! They too, it seems , were enjoying the exceptionally warm weather that weekend! Great home - provided all we needed for a relaxing get-away!

This welcoming log home is a vacation of its own!

This log home was one of the highlights of our very enjoyable week long stay in Saranac Lake. It has such natural, rustic beauty. The views of the woods outside each window add to its inside beauty and peace. There were 6 adults, 2 toddlers and everyone had room to spread out! The very large lower level bedroom was perfect for my daughter's family of four at the end of the day. Her two toddlers (4 & 2 yrs) had loads of fun inside and outside of the spacious, clean, well kept home. After our daily Adirondack adventures, we enjoyed returning to its comfort and peace. Grocery stores and restaurants were not far. We would love to return to this peaceful log home!
