    Trash collection is Monday morning. If you`re staying Sunday night, please place the trash cans by the road Sunday evening or early Monday morning.

    Pets:
    Pets are welcome! A $150 pet fee applies. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the beds, sofas, and out of the pool.

    Children
    Please supervise children at all times. The property is not childproof, and parents or guardians are responsible for their children`s safety and any damage caused during their stay.

    Animals
    Feel free to enjoy the animals, but please do not enter the horse paddocks or feed any of the animals.

    Available for rent at **$250/day** (3-day minimum). Please let us know in advance if you`re interested.

    Please discard all perishable food before checkout. You`re welcome to leave unopened, non-perishable items for future guests.

Great location for our family get together. Slept 11 of us comfortably.Game room was a hit with young and old, pool and dock also great. Communication with Santiago and Bertha was great. We will be back!

Magical place for a big family! Property has a little bit of everything: you can walk, kayak, fish, feed the animals and have some wine under the most beautiful sunset.

Awesome place to stay. The house is huge, very clean, super comfortable, and has everything you could possibly need. The setting is very cool and private, right on the lake with a heated pool, which was perfect after long days. It’s near Lake Placid, about a 20-minute drive to Sebring Raceway, and honestly a great, quiet escape. Would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect for our daughters 16th birthday, house and property was amazing, so much for everyone to do. Teenagers enjoyed having their own space in the pool house/game room. Private dock, heated pool, kayaks, pool table and so much more. Kitchen was stocked with all the essentials you may need.We do rentals frequently and this property is one of the tops on our list. Thank you Santiago & Bertha for sharing your beautiful home with us, and also responding to any questions & unexpected issues we had.

Best lake house ever!! So many things to do from feeding animals, swimming in pool, hanging out on the dock, paddle boating, or kayaking. We had the best family vacation ever and we will be returning!! We had all ages and there was plenty to keep busy for everyone! The game room was definitely a hit!

The house was amazing. The location is awesome our own private area with basically a whole lake to ourselves to fish, boat and use the jet skis. 14 of us stayed with plenty of room to spread out. We really enjoyed both the pool and the lake. Communication with Santiago extremely easy. Responded very quickly to messages even during the holiday. Property was clean. We cooked every meal the only suggestion I would have is to invest in more cookware. Mixing bowls, measuring cups crock pot etc. Bigger cookware it was a little difficult cooking for 14 people, although that wouldn’t be a deal breaker. Would definitely recommend and return for future vacations.

We stayed here with eight adults and one child to celebrate my 40th birthday, and we had an amazing time. The paddle boat, pool, and pool table were all big hits. The property truly has it all—breathtaking views, goats and horses to feed and pet, and so many fun amenities throughout. It was exactly what we were looking for and the perfect place to relax and celebrate. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive whenever we had questions. I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!

Spacious property for 2 families with a very nice lake front and dock, with beautiful views. Nice family room with large tv. Spacious dining room inside and outside Nice pool (although not heated) Rooms are ok although the linens and bath towels were a bit oldMaster bedroom is ample and with nice view to the lake. The Webber grill was very nice to grill some stakes Overall a very nice property for a family gathering over the Thanksgiving holiday Just a few things to renovate and complete cooking utensils Kitchen is also confortable and

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lake house. It felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. The house is super clean, with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics you need for cooking. There was so much to do that we only left the property to get groceries (10 min drive). The kids loved fishing in the lake and the pond behind the house, kayaking, playing pool volleyball, taking the pontoon paddle boat around the lake, playing pool or hanging out in the large kitchen & living room while we cooked meals together. What a great getaway for a large family (we had 7 adults, 3 kids and a dog). Our dog loved the large fenced in yard to play and run and our kids are already asking when we can go back. It was super quiet and very relaxing - would highly recommend this property.
