”The place is in deep renovations. Had to ask for a different room as the one we initially got smelled too bad like paint. You go through endless hallways with rooms in construction. As one can imagine dirt and dust. I know it’s temporary but that was a bit unexpected and took away from the experience. Which otherwise should be quite nice.”

”This is a quaint inn under new ownership. The staff was eager for us to have a great experience and we did! We were warmly greeted and any special requests we had were easily taken care of. Our evening was topped off by an excellent dinner of filet mignon in the attractive, cozy dining room/bar.”

”Great location and not too far from Saranac Lake village. Room was clean, well furnished with required amenities provided for our stay.
Front desk, housekeeping and restaurant staff were very friendly, helpful and professional with the guests.
In-house restaurant menu for breakfast and dinner was good and the Chef was able to prepare dishes to suit our dietary requirements. However, more vegetarian options will be preferred.
Our room facing Lake Flower which provided serenity when looking...
