”This was a beautiful cozy place. So Lovely decorated. With little kitchenette amenities enough to fix simple breakfast/ lunch. A table to sit at. Nice clean modern bathroom. Nice entrance. Private. Close to hikes (25-30 minutes from LOJ trail head parking. It allowed me to bring my dog. It was perfect for what we needed. Host was very responsive to any questions. I’d stay again without hesitation. ”

”Cabin is awesome, well appointed and comfortable. High ceiling makes it feel roomy even though it is small, and ingenious layout has separate spaces for everything, which is nice if you want to rise early to see sunrise but your partner wants to sleep in. I loved it so much. Really dark when I arrived—if the exterior light had been on when I got there and maybe one interior one, this would have been a flawless stay. ”The house was perfect for us! We had plenty of space, enjoyed the large kitchen, the patio, the hot tub and having fires outside in the evening. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table. We had a blast! The house was clean, beds comfortable, great appliances and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. We would come back and stay again! ”

”Lovely home, surrounded by trees and with beautiful view of the mountains. Close to fantastic hiking and solid options for eating out, and a quick drive to Lake Placid if you want a bit more variety or to do some shopping. This was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever encountered, and I’ve rented a lot over the years. The house was well-stocked and had everything we needed. The owners were thorough and responsive. Would love to return in the future!”

”Beautiful and cozy home and environment. Early mornings sitting in front of a fire place, late nights in a hot tub and outdoor firepit, rainy days sitting inside the screened in porch area- listening to the rain come down and playing board games, billiards table and secluded gaming area for the little ones/teenagers. My only negatives would be the grill needs to be deep scrubbed/grates replaced because its definitely seen its fair share of usage and making sure batteries to remotes are changed...

”My husband and I spent the weekend here with my son and grandchildren. We stayed in the downstairs suite with it's own kitchen and bathroom. I appreciated being together, but also having our own space. The home was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the host was great. Definitely recommend.”
