”When I booked it with Expedia, it said restaurant on site and pool with hot tub and pool. The restaurant was non existent. There were advertisements in the elevators for it. When my husband went to use the hot tub for his back, which is why I booked this hotel, it is all torn apart. The pool area is a MESS!!!!!

”Our first impression of the hotel was relatively positive. We travel a lot in Europe and liked the style and vibe of the hotel which remind us a lot of the towns in the Alps. However, the property is really outdated and needs a gut renovation, although the location is good. Specific reasons we give a poor rating:
1. The shower is terrible. It is impossible to control the temperature. It was either burning hot or freezing cold.
